REFUND POLICY
Eligibility
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are only available if:
- Your order has not been delivered yet
- A technical error prevented delivery
- You were charged incorrectly
All sales are final once digital items have been delivered to your account.
Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of purchase for
undelivered orders. Requests made after delivery will not be honored.
How to Request
Contact our support team with your order number within 72 hours
of purchase. Include details about why the refund is needed.
Non-Refundable
The following are NOT eligible for refunds:
- Orders already delivered to your account
- User error in providing incorrect account information
- Orders where delivery confirmation was provided
- Requests made more than 72 hours after purchase
